[ When the video feed turns on, it's a wide shot of Honir standing there wearing this with his arms outstretched. He turns in a little circle before facing the camera again, and the whole time, there's this gleeful grin on his face like he's having the time of his life. ]

Look at this! Isn't it fun?

[ He finally clamors closer to the camera, sitting in frame to beam his enthusiasm directly to your screen. ]

You mortals have so many different ways of covering your bodies. I don't really get it, but it's still exciting. This one feels nice! It's called a hanfu, they said.

[ He lifts his arms again and flaps them just a little, looking from side to side with joyful amusement at the prospect of… sleeves? Apparently? ]

What other clothes do you have? Can I try them?

[ A… totally normal question from a totally normal… god?? ]

[ OOC: responses will likely be slow as is my norm, sorry ;; but this is a silly small thing I wanted to toss up real quick! I've tried a jean! They're not uncomfy, but they definitely make sure you always know you have legs.

[ As the guy who introduced hanfu to the Natives, Ye Zun still can't help the amused snort at the choice Honir had made here. It's not bad; the colors were at least gender neutral but the cut... If he was home and still a child, the momo would have been so scandalized by the choice in wear. ]

They are nice, but that cut is for a lady and not a gentleman.

I want one of those, where'd you get that?! Give me a hanfu and I'll show you more styles where that came from. [Wen Qing pronounces hanfu with the same cadence and tones as Ye Zun did, if Honir feels like making that observation.]

Interesting look. I approve. [As if that's the most important thing around here.] I recommend more fur for your next look. You can never go wrong with a good fur cape or to have them lining the insides of your gloves.

[The Norse, despite being considered lunk-headed barbarians by their enemies, actually were quite fashion conscientious. Clothes denoted status, after all, and Ivar being royalty meant he'd had reason to look his best most of the time.]
