[Sora seems as happy as ever, probably excited about something or other again going by his usual timing of using the bracelet like this.....]

Hey guys! So, if I'm still figuring the timing about right, Valentines is coming up! I'm gonna make chocolates!

[No. Not just for his friends from home, either. Knowing Sora he probably faces that same thing with Christmas with wanting to do this for Everyone.......

Someone should really tell him to learn to calm it down. If that's even possible for him.]

Oh, right. Not everyone might get it. But, uh, Valentines is like a celebration of friends! Or more. If you have someone special! You get them flowers or chocolate and show you appreciate them! It's not as huge a thing as Christmas or anything, but. I still like it! And if I make too much chocolate, just means I can save some for later!

[So this is clearly just a win all around, right? Obviously.]

On the other hand, with my training lately, I figured I can do something else too! I don't think Riku was too thrilled though.... but I can help in fights by taking hits for others!

[......this is decidedly probably not something he should seem as thrilled about? But he is anyway. Because of course he is if it means he can help keep his friends safe.]

[ She sure hopes that can be soon. But there's no way Chizuru of all people is going to dump that worry straight onto someone else's shoulders, so instead she smiles. ]

Making them for friends sounds like a nice idea though. I'll have to find out how to make chocolates so I can try.

Right? We can ask the gods for a recipe now we have dairy, with the milk!

Oh, do you need that for it? [ Chizuru may literally never have had some chocolate in her life before. At least not back home. So to her it really is a mystery what it could be made from. ]

What else do we need? Is it all available here?

[keybearing]

I guess it depends on what kind of chocolate. It's mostly milk, cocoa and sugar though I think. I can check recipes by asking the gods or something. But it's great! Everyone's gotta try it!

[For all that Sora had his preferences like anyone, he probably still has a sweet tooth.]

[ Hey, Chizuru is definitely willing to agree with the sentiment, despite never having tried chocolate herself. Sora's endorsement just sounds that good. ]

Maybe the gods could even help provide everyone with what they need to make chocolates. After all, being able to celebrate a holiday would make us feel pretty at home here for the time being, right?

Oh, yes! That's a great idea! I mean, it....can't hurt to ask? Right? Then everyone can make some!

[Which is clearly the ideal outcome here. Honestly.]

Yes! Of course the people who don't feel like it can just ignore it, but I'm sure there would be a lot of others who'd like to join in.

[ After all, who wouldn't like making sweets. And being able to give them to others. .. Or eat them. Chizuru feels like there's probably quite an audience for the latter part.. ]

Yeah, it isn't like, compulsory? It's just nice. To make and give stuff to make your friends happy.

[For Sora, anyway.

The taste-testing excuse is also a bonus. Not gonna lie there.]

Well, there could be people who are too embarrassed about their cooking skills to try..

[ She can think of a few. Not necessarily in this place, since she doesn't know much about how much people here can or can't cook, but a few of the men from back home would most definitely fall into that category. ]

Although they can't learn if they never try.

Exactly! It just takes practice! I know I don't have Little Chef here to help me but I can still try!

[Sora is not the best with this stuff either but. He wants to try! Even if this might be considered more a girly thing to do.]

Little.. Chef..?

[ Chizuru repeats the words slowly.

And.. then mostly seems confused. ] Did you have a tiny cook who helped you with cooking?

[ Yes, she's imagining a literally fist-sized person now. ]

Yeah! He's a little rat. He'd hop on my head, or in my hood and help me by guiding me with pulling at my hair.

[Because....this is totally normal? Weird is Sora's normal after everything he's done and seen since leaving the Islands.]

[tealeafs]

[ Sora, just how many strange stories do you have! Every single time Chizuru thinks she's heard it all, there's a new one, even stranger than the last.. ]

R-Rats can do that?! [ That doesn't sound right, but she doesn't think Sora is lying either. So Chizuru mostly just seems really confused. ]

Little Chef did. I'm not sure about other rats but he really loved cooking and baking.

[Sora and his Life. It's a Lot. He has plenty of stories to confuse everyone.]

I.. don't think I've ever heard about a cat that could cook at all, let alone enjoy it..

[ Let alone do it through using people like that? Now she can't help but be a little concerned if that's maybe somehow a thing all rats can do and no one has noticed it yet in her own world.. ]

Usually you're supposed to keep them out of the kitchen.

Yeah. I was kinda surprised too. But he really knows his stuff! The cake he made to thank us for helping him gather that fruit was great!

[He has no idea if this is the same for other rats. But he knows Remy sure loves cooking!]

[ A rat making a cake.. Now Chizuru has truly seen it all. Or, well, heard it all in this case. ]

If I didn't know any better, I'd almost think you were trying to pull a prank on me. [ But Sora has always seemed more honest than that. ] The world you come from is really like a fairytale.

[keybearing]

A prank? No! I've just....been to a lot of different places and met a lot of friends. Not all of them human.

[His other two best friends outside Riku and Kairi being a dog and duck and all. Sora's just used to things that might seem strange or impossible to others.]
