Well there's not much that we know about the Cetra since most of them died before we could get details and the last one was recently killed by a psycho who thought he and his Mother were Cetra. Apparently they could speak to the planet and the dead I think and they could use the lifestream to make infertile lands fertile. Research isn't my thing, it's just science babble, so I could be wrong...but it sounds about right.
